ABOUT US
Sheldon Moore
Sheldon Moore is a transformational leader, entrepreneur, and minister whose life is a testament to resilience, redemption, and restoration.
After serving 8.5 years in prison, Sheldon made a decision that would change the trajectory of his life. Instead of allowing his past to define him, he committed to building a future rooted in discipline, faith, and purpose. Upon returning home, he entered the trucking industry — a field where many doubted his ability to compete. Not only did he compete, he excelled. Sheldon outperformed expectations, built credibility, and established himself as a respected force in the trucking world.
But success wasn’t enough.
Recognizing how difficult reentry can be for individuals returning from incarceration or homelessness, Sheldon founded HOM — House of Manna — to provide what he once needed most: stability, structure, and opportunity.
As both a Minister and mentor, Minister Moore leads with compassion and accountability. He understands firsthand the barriers individuals face after incarceration and housing instability. Through HOM, he has created an environment that combines independent living with transitional support, empowering residents to rebuild their lives with dignity and responsibility.
Sheldon believes:
• Your past does not cancel your future
• Discipline creates opportunity
• Stability builds confidence
• Faith fuels transformation
House of Manna is more than housing — it is a bridge from survival to self-sufficiency.
Through leadership, lived experience, and unwavering faith, Sheldon Moore continues to inspire others to rise above circumstances and walk boldly into purpose.
